Summary: Mira does not require a D Corps account. Core progress is stored locally on your device. If you use Google Play Games, profile/achievement/leaderboard data is handled through Google Play Games. Google services are used for ads and purchases.

1. Publisher and scope

Mira: Ankara Cat (“Mira”, package com.bsvur.mira) is an Android game published by D Corps. This policy covers the app and the official support website at mira.bsvur.com.

2. No separate D Corps account

You do not need to create a D Corps account. The app does not provide a registration form asking for your name, phone number, street address or payment card details. Google Play Games sign-in is provided by Google through your Google account.

3. Local game data

Stage progress, stars, crystals, best score/distance/combo, cosmetics/companion/orb selections, daily missions/rewards, upgrades and audio/vibration settings may be stored locally on the device. In the current release, these records are not uploaded to a D Corps server.

Mira does not request runtime access to precise location, camera, microphone or contacts.

4. Google Play Games Services

When Play Games features are used, Google-provided player ID, display name, avatar, achievement progress and leaderboard scores may be processed to identify the Play Games session, show your profile, update achievements and submit best score/distance/combo values.

Mira does not access your Google password. Google-provided scopes may include games, games_lite and app-specific data access. Mira does not read arbitrary Google Drive files. Play Games Saved Games is not enabled in the current release.

Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide app functionality in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements.

5. Advertising and consent

Free use may include Google AdMob interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Google Mobile Ads may automatically process IP address (which may infer approximate location), ad/app interactions, diagnostic data and device/account identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Google User Messaging Platform manages consent where required.

6. Google Play purchases

Story Unlock, Premium subscriptions and crystal packs are processed through Google Play Billing. D Corps does not receive your card or bank details. The app may use product ID and purchase/subscription entitlement status supplied by Google Play to deliver purchased access.

7. Website and support email

This website does not use advertising or analytics/tracking cookies. Standard server logs may temporarily contain IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamp for security and troubleshooting. If you email support, your email address and message are used to answer the request.

8. Purposes and legal bases

Processing is used to provide the game and Play Games features, deliver purchase entitlements, manage ad consent, prevent fraud/abuse, troubleshoot and answer support requests. Where applicable, legal bases may include performance of a requested service/contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent under GDPR/KVKK-equivalent rules.

9. Third parties and international processing

Google Play Games Services, Google Mobile Ads/UMP and Google Play Billing are provided by Google and may process information outside your country under Google's terms and privacy policies. D Corps does not directly sell your personal information to advertisers.

10. Retention and deletion

Local data may remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Google-service retention is governed by Google. See Data Deletion for steps.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. For data directly handled by D Corps, contact durcorps@gmail.com.

12. Children

Mira does not directly ask children for name, address, phone number, precise location, photos, microphone recordings or contacts. A parent or guardian who believes personal information about a child was sent directly to us may request deletion.

13. Security and changes

Network communication with Google services uses encrypted connections. This policy may be updated when app features, SDKs or law change.
